Short answer: Every chart and table below is free to copy into your own care sheet, forum post, school project, club page or blog. No sign-up and no permission email needed. Please credit it with a plain link to the page it came from, using the credit line under each chart.
How to credit a chart
Copy the chart, then paste its credit line underneath. A plain link with the brand name is all we ask. Please don't change the advice in a chart; if something looks out of date, the page it came from shows when it was last checked and which welfare body each row comes from.
