What to put in your design brief
- Main wording: the exact name, message, date, age or short phrase.
- Occasion: birthday, housewarming, memorial, celebration or room décor.
- Interests: music, sport, pets, gaming, flowers, cars, trainers or another personal theme.
- Colours: favourite colours, a palette or a mood such as neon, pastel or monochrome.
- Avoid: anything you definitely do not want included.
If anything essential is unclear, we email before work starts. The gallery shows previous commissions as examples; your planter is created from the brief supplied with your order.
Planting and care
Use a nursery pot inside to make watering and cleaning easier. Display indoors or in a sheltered position, wipe gently with a dry or slightly damp cloth, and avoid standing water, prolonged bad weather and prolonged direct sunlight.
Delivery and returns
Because this planter is made specifically from your design brief, it cannot usually be cancelled once work starts or returned unless faulty or damaged. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
