Product details
A personalised pet urn for ashes, with a portrait lid based on your dog or cat and their name on the front. The canopic jar has a black finish with antique-gold details.
The piece you receive
Cast stone. Approximate outer measurements, width × depth × total height: Small–Medium 120 × 154 × 231 mm; Medium–Large 140 × 180 × 270 mm; Extra Large 160 × 206 × 309 mm. Approximate weight is around 2 kg, varying by size. The lid sits on the jar without a seal.
Personal details and ordering
Select a size, enter the name for the panel and supply one to five well-lit reference photographs. Tell us which features or expression you would like us to focus on. Open-mouth expressions do not suit this design.
Choosing the urn size
The pet-weight guide is up to 15 kg for Small–Medium, up to 30 kg for Medium–Large, and up to 40 kg for Extra Large. These bands are a choosing guide, not a measured volume of ashes. Tell us the volume you need to hold so we can confirm the size before you order.
Display and care
Choose an indoor position or a sheltered outdoor place. Clean with a soft cloth, without harsh chemicals.

How do I check it will hold the ashes?
Share the volume of ashes before ordering so we can confirm suitability. Do not use outer dimensions as an internal capacity measurement.
Is this made from my pet’s photos?
Yes. The portrait is personalised using the photographs you supply; gallery portraits show examples rather than the pet you will receive.
How is the urn closed?
The lid rests on the jar and does not seal.
Returns: because this piece is made from your photos or wording, it cannot be cancelled once work starts or returned for a change of mind. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items are always covered, and your statutory rights are unaffected. See our refund policy.
