When choosing a pet urn for ashes, use the pet-weight bands below to compare the three sizes. Your pet's photographs guide the sculpted lid, and their name goes on the front panel.

Open-mouth designs and very deep undercuts do not suit this cast-stone form. For an open-mouth expression, choose our polymer custom pet bust instead.

What photos should I upload?

Add 1 to 5 clear, well-lit photos. A front view and side view are especially helpful, along with notes about markings, ear shape or expression.

How do I choose the size?

Use your pet weight: Small-Medium up to 15 kg, Medium-Large up to 30 kg, or Extra Large up to 45 kg.

Will I see the design before making?

Yes. We send a digital preview to the email you use at checkout before making the final urn.

Does the lid seal closed?

No. The sculpted lid rests on top and does not lock or form a sealed closure.

Can you make an open-mouth design?

Open mouths and very deep undercuts do not suit cast stone. Choose the polymer custom pet bust if an open-mouth expression is important.

How long does it take?

It is handmade in 7 working days once the photos, name, details and preview are agreed. Free UK shipping and tracked international shipping are available at checkout.

Can I return it?

Personalised items cannot usually be cancelled once work starts or returned unless faulty or damaged. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
