At Ripley's Nest, we want you to love your purchase as much as we loved making it. Here's our clear and simple returns policy.

Returns within 30 days of purchase

For all non-personalized items:

  • Return any standard item within 30 days of purchase
  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • Contact us at lee@ripleysnest.co.uk to start the process
  • Ship the item back to us (return address will be provided)
  • Once received, we'll refund to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear

Please note: Return shipping costs for standard items are the customer's responsibility.

Hassle-free returns for damaged items

For personalized & custom creations:

  • Personalized items cannot be returned unless damaged
  • If your personalized item arrives broken or damaged:
  • Simply email photos of the damaged item to lee@ripleysnest.co.uk
  • No need to ship anything back to us
  • We'll promptly arrange a refund to your original payment method
  • Please report any issues within 7 days of receiving your item

Our promise: We cover all costs for damaged item refunds and replacements.


How the process works

  1. Contact us - Email lee@ripleysnest.co.uk with your order number and return reason
  2. Receive instructions - We'll confirm your return and provide next steps
  3. Return the item - For standard items, ship it back carefully in its original packaging
  4. Refund processing - Once received (or damage verified), we'll process your refund
  5. Confirmation - You'll receive email confirmation when your refund is complete
