Refund policy
14-day returns on standard items
If something isn't right, you can return any non-personalised item within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
The item must be unused and in its original condition. Email hello@ripleysnest.co.uk with your order number and we'll send you the return address.
Return shipping costs for standard returns are the customer's responsibility. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll refund your original payment method within 5 working days.
Custom and personalised items
Items made to your specifications cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or faulty, this is standard under UK consumer law for bespoke goods.
If your personalised item arrives damaged, email photos to hello@ripleysnest.co.uk as soon as possible after delivery. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund, your choice.
Damaged on arrival
If any order arrives damaged:
- Take photos of the damage and the outer packaging as soon as possible after delivery
- Email hello@ripleysnest.co.uk with the photos and your order number
- We'll either refund in full or send a replacement, whichever you prefer
We cover all costs for damaged-item claims. No need to return the broken piece.
Refund timing
Once approved, refunds reach your original payment method within 5 working days. Bank processing times can add 1–3 days.
