Production window
Everything we sell is made to order in our Cumbria workshop. We do not hold stock. Each piece is made after you order it, hand-finished, and quality-checked before it leaves.
Most orders take 5 days to produce. Once it's ready, we dispatch it and you'll get a tracking notification by email.
If you need something for a specific date, write to us before ordering and we'll tell you honestly whether we can make it work.

UK delivery is free on every order. No threshold, no code, no small print. The price on the product page is the price at the door.
Carrier
We ship via Royal Mail Tracked 24/48. A tracking number reaches you by email the moment your parcel is dispatched.
Fragile pieces
Some pieces are heavy or detailed, so edges can be vulnerable in transit. We pack everything carefully with a protective inner and outer box. If something arrives less than perfect, see the returns guidance below.
Tracked worldwide
We ship internationally with tracked international shipping. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination and the weight of your order. You will see the exact cost before you pay.
Customs, duties & taxes
Customs duties, import fees, and local taxes on non-UK destinations are the recipient's responsibility and vary by country. We can't predict them in advance and they aren't included in our shipping price.
Delivery windows
International orders typically arrive within 10 to 20 days after production, depending on destination and customs. Tracking is live from dispatch, so you can follow the parcel from end to end.
Damaged or lost
If your parcel arrives damaged or tracking stalls past the carrier's lost-in-transit window, email photos as soon as possible so we can sort it quickly. The returns page explains what we need from you.

05Can I change my shipping address after ordering?+
Yes, as long as your order hasn't been dispatched. Send us the new address and the order number. Once a tracking number has been issued, the address is locked with the carrier.
