Clear front or three-quarter views help us see the face, expression and markings. Side views and full-body photographs can add useful context.

What if I only have one or two photographs?

Send the photographs you have. Older or limited photographs can still carry useful detail, and you can ask us to look before you decide.

What can be personalised?

Any available name, wording, finish or size choices are shown on the product page. If the choice you need is not shown, ask us before ordering.

How are the details checked?

We review the photographs and information supplied with your order. If something important is unclear, we contact you rather than make an assumption.

How long will my piece take?

Each piece is made to order. If you need it for a particular date, ask us before buying. Delivery options are confirmed at checkout.
