How to order
- Upload clear photos. A front-facing image is essential; side views and visible markings give us more useful reference.
- Add optional wording. Include a pet name or short line only if you want wording on the planter.
- Add your proof email. We use it for the preview and to ask if another photograph would help.
- Review the preview. Check the proposed shape and important likeness features before we make the cast-stone planter.
Photo and likeness guidance
Use sharp, well-lit photographs taken near your pet's eye level. Avoid filters, screenshots and images hiding the face or ears. Open mouths and very deep undercuts do not suit this cast-stone design. The finished piece is a handmade sculpted interpretation rather than a photographic replica, and unclear photographs cannot support an exact likeness.
Planting and care
Plants, soil and styling props are not included. Wipe the planter with a soft damp cloth and avoid harsh chemicals. It can be displayed indoors or outdoors; avoid hard frost, pressure washing and prolonged standing water for the longest life.
Delivery and returns
Free UK shipping and tracked international shipping are available at checkout. Because the planter is made specifically from your photographs and approved preview, it cannot usually be cancelled once work starts or returned unless faulty or damaged. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
