How to order
- Upload 1–5 clear photographs before checkout. Include a front view and useful extra angles where possible.

Photo guidance
Use sharp, well-lit photographs without heavy filters or deep shadows. Avoid wide-angle distortion and tiny screenshots. One customer specifically found that varied, straight-on reference angles helped the face read more accurately.
Care and delivery
Handle with care and wipe with a dry or slightly damp cloth. Avoid prolonged direct sunlight. Dispatched in around 7 working days once we have usable photographs and wording; delivery options are shown at checkout.
Personalised trophies cannot normally be cancelled once work starts or returned unless faulty.
Choose the right custom bust
Choose this gold trophy when the gift should feel playful, celebratory and award-led. For a formal portrait or memorial keepsake, choose the Custom Bust Sculpture From Your Photo. For a pet photograph, choose the Custom Pet Bust.
