Photo guidance
A clear front-facing photo is the best starting point. Side views and photos taken in natural light help us understand the shape, markings and features that matter. Exact proportions vary with each pet and clear references give the strongest result.
Care and timing
Keep indoors and wipe gently with a dry or slightly damp cloth. Production takes around 5 days once we have your photos and details. Personalised items cannot be cancelled once work starts and are non-returnable unless faulty.
