The finished portrait is a stylised sculpture rather than a photographic copy. Clear, well-lit references give us the best chance of capturing the features that matter.

How to order

Upload 1–5 clear photographs before checkout. A front view is essential; extra angles help us understand the face and hair.
Add the base wording and proof email. Enter the exact name, date or short message you want checked.
Review the emailed preview. You can request small refinements if something important needs correcting.
Reply within 48 hours. If we do not hear back, we finalise the piece so the order is not held up.

Photo guidance

Choose sharp, unfiltered photographs where the whole face is visible and not hidden by deep shadow. Avoid tiny screenshots, heavy filters and cropped heads. If the only meaningful image is imperfect, upload the clearest version and explain what matters in the notes.

Care and delivery

Handle with care and wipe with a dry or slightly damp cloth. Avoid prolonged direct sunlight. Production is around 7 working days once we have usable photographs and the required wording; delivery options are shown at checkout.

Because this is made specifically for you, it cannot normally be cancelled once work starts or returned unless faulty.
