How long will my order take?
Most pieces are made in 5 days before dispatch. If your item needs a photo, timing starts once we have the image.
Can I change my order?
Contact us as soon as possible. If work has already started on a personalised piece, changes may not be possible.
Delivery
How is UK delivery handled?
Delivery is shown at checkout on every order.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. International shipping options are shown at checkout before you pay.
Where is my tracking?
Tracking is sent by email after dispatch. You can also check your account on the track order page.
Returns
Can I return an item?
Standard items can be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are unused and in resaleable condition.
Can I return a personalised item?
Personalised and custom items cannot be cancelled once work starts, unless they are faulty.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Contact us with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will help you quickly.
Custom pieces
When do you need my photo?
Upload it on the product page where available. If you send it later, include your order number.
Can I add wording?
Some personalised pieces include wording options. Check the product page before ordering.
