What to put in your brief
- Exact wording: names, dates or short phrases.

- Avoid: anything you definitely do not want included.
If an essential detail is unclear, we email before work starts. The photographs show one previous commission as an example; your ashtray is created from the brief supplied with your order.
Care
Handle with care. Empty only when the contents are fully cool. Wipe gently with a dry or slightly damp cloth and avoid soaking, abrasive cleaners and prolonged direct sunlight to help preserve the hand-finished artwork.
Delivery and returns
Free UK shipping and tracked international shipping are available at checkout. Because this ashtray is made specifically from your brief, it cannot usually be cancelled once work starts or returned unless faulty or damaged. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
