A personalised pet urn keeps your pet’s ashes and their own collar together. A portrait of your dog or cat forms the focus of this chalk-white memorial.
The piece you receive
Cast stone with a lid that lifts off. The collar and tags in the photographs are display examples, not items supplied with the urn.
Personal details and ordering
Supply up to five clear photos, your pet’s weight, and the collar’s fastened circumference and strap width. We prepare a digital preview before making the portrait.
Choosing the urn size
The pet-weight guide is up to 15 kg for Small–Medium, up to 30 kg for Medium–Large, and up to 40 kg for Extra Large. These bands are a choosing guide, not a measured volume of ashes. Tell us the volume you need to hold so we can confirm the size before you order.
Display and care
Display indoors on a firm, level surface. When moving the urn, hold it in both hands beneath the base.

How do I check it will hold the ashes?
Share the volume of ashes before ordering so we can confirm suitability. Do not use outer dimensions as an internal capacity measurement.
Is this made from my pet’s photos?
Yes. The portrait is personalised using the photographs you supply; gallery portraits show examples rather than the pet you will receive.
How is the urn closed?
The lid lifts off the jar.
Custom ordersPersonalised and custom items cannot be cancelled once work starts and are non-returnable unless faulty. If your order arrives damaged or faulty, send photos as soon as possible so we can resolve it. Your statutory rights still apply.
