How to order
- Enter the wording. Add the names, words or short phrase you want included.
- Choose the visual direction. Describe the colours and overall theme you want.
- Add the details. Include characters, interests, symbols or small features you would like worked into the building design.
The gallery shows one finished custom design as an example; your planter is created from the brief you submit. This order does not include an emailed preview. We will contact you if a required detail needs clarification before work starts.
Planting and care
A drainage hole is included. If using the planter indoors, place it on a saucer to protect the surface beneath it. Wipe with a soft dry or slightly damp cloth and avoid abrasive cleaners. For outdoor display, use a sheltered position and bring it indoors during hard frost or prolonged bad weather.
Plants, soil and styling props are not included.
Delivery and returns
Free UK shipping and tracked international shipping are available at checkout. Because the planter is made specifically from your design brief, it cannot usually be cancelled once work starts or returned unless faulty or damaged. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
