Upload your photo in the custom order form before checkout. Add engraving or a design brief if you want extra direction. Production starts once we have your image.
How the image-to-piece process works
- Send the clearest image before checkout. We use the photo, and any extra images supplied at the start, as the basis for a stylised draft.
- Add specific preferences upfront. If you want a particular pose, expression, angle, or reference photo followed, add it in the custom order notes before checkout. Once the first preview is sent, we can only make small refinements.
- Review the preview. We email the initial preview for your review. You can request minor adjustments if something important needs correcting.
- 48-hour approval window. Please reply within 48 hours of the draft email. If we do not hear back, we finalise the piece and send the order out so delivery is not held up.
