How the photo-to-sculpture process works
- Upload clear photos before checkout. A front-facing image and side view are especially useful.
- Add the engraving and important details. Tell us about any pose, expression or feature that matters to you.
- Review the preview. We email a stylised preview and can make small refinements if something important needs correcting.
- Reply within 48 hours. If we do not hear back, we finalise the piece so delivery is not held up.
Photo guidance
Clear, well-lit photographs give us the strongest reference. We can work from many species and breeds when the photographs show enough detail, but cannot promise an exact likeness from poor or unclear images.
Care
Dust with a soft cloth. Avoid high heat, harsh cleaners and prolonged direct sunlight.
Made and hand-finished in our Lake District workshop. Production usually takes around 5 working days once we have the image and order details.
