How to order
- Upload clear reference photos. A front view and side view are especially useful; include markings and features you want us to notice.
- Add the memorial wording. Enter the pet name, dates or short remembrance line exactly as it should appear.
- Add your proof email. We use it for the preview and to ask if another photograph would help.
- Review the stylised preview. You can request small refinements when an important feature needs correcting.
What the photographs need to show
Clear, well-lit images from more than one angle give the strongest reference. We can work from many species and breeds when enough detail is visible, but poor or unclear photographs cannot support an exact likeness. This is a hand-finished stylised sculpture rather than a photographic replica.
Care
Display indoors. Dust with a soft cloth or wipe gently with a slightly damp cloth. Avoid high heat, harsh cleaners and prolonged direct sunlight.
Delivery and returns
Free UK shipping and tracked international shipping are available at checkout. Because the sculpture is made specifically from your photographs and wording, it cannot usually be cancelled once work starts or returned unless faulty or damaged. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
