What the current forms ask for
Custom Pet Bust
Upload 1 to 5 clear photos, add the required pet name or base wording, and enter the proof email on the Custom Pet Bust page. The form uses that email for a preview or if another photo would help. After adding the item, check the photo thumbnail and details in your basket before checkout.
Personalised Pet Urn
Upload 1 to 5 clear photos, add the required pet name and enter the proof email on the Personalised Pet Urn page. Likeness notes are optional. The product page says a digital proof is sent before dispatch.

Each product page states what is required and, where stated, when a proof is sent. Do not assume every product includes approval before making, a set number of changes or a guaranteed response time.
